THE SPACE

We set out to change things by building an arts and trade space, a center of energy, in a 33,000 sq. ft. warehouse.

Langlab is a continually growing multi-use co-workspace facility that can be used to engage multiple demographic groups in artistic, musical and intellectual experiences that represent the culture of our community. The space is able to host a variety of events, including: concerts, forums, poetry readings, film screenings, art exhibitions, debates, book signings, theater works, workshops, and community gatherings. Come with your idea.

The building generously provides:

a 4,000 sq. ft. venue area, used for music, theater, workshops, and private parties/events,
office and small business work space,
artist studio rental, and
bar, kitchen and cafe facilities.

Theater. Music. Dance. The venue space at LangLab has seen it all. Visit our event page to learn more about upcoming events presented by LangLab. To inquire about renting the space for your private event, submit an inquiry with your preferred date(s) and estimated number of attendees. Rental rates start at $75/hr for small parties and $150/hr for larger parties. Artist booking inquiries may be submitted to booking.langlab@gmail.com. As of March 2020, LangLab is not booking artist events or events over 50 people.

Bring your story. Our space is versatile and creative - the perfect spot to plan your next project or hold a larger team retreat. Contact us for information about our official co-working space, opening in the fall of 2017, or for information about renting larger spaces for strategy or team building. Collaborative space available in 2-hr increments or by the day. Professional facilitation services and individual project consulting also available.
