Join the Neighborhood Resources Corp. in South Bend for Tapas and Tango, a festive evening of flamenco-tango demonstration and authentic Spanish tapas and paella. IUSB dance instructors David Seymour, Carolyn Hine-Johnson and Vlad Sorikin will offer instruction and lead guests in the Latin dances, too.
